We work with strategic partners in a mix of manufacturing disciplines. In order to remain flexible during China's current development and to take advantage of excess capacity in the manufacturing sector, we do not own factories. Together with our customers, we manage all aspects of the supply chain, addressing our efforts where most needed.
We work with our Chinese suppliers to ensure quality standards are met, in a timely fashion, at the contracted price, in order to avoid rejected goods. It is our goal to build long-term strategic relationships with our customers, in order to help them take advantage of China's low cost production capabilities, thereby growing their business.
